This morning as I logged into WordPress, the top blog post in my blog reader of blogs I follow was by Talinorfali titled “Being Yourself Is The Best Thing You Can Wear” – as self confidence and self belief is something that I often struggle with and regularly dwell on events from the past I was intrigued as to what this blog post would hold so decided to stop to read this before carrying on with writing the blog post for Cards And Candles For All Occasions today.

This is a very thought provoking, heartfelt and spirit-lifting post which I truly believe that everyone should read and take advice from – always be yourself, never let others dictate who you are or who you should be. Learn from your past and use that to help move forward with your life.

Never regret your past, everything happens for a reason and everything that has happened in your life is what has made you the person you are today. Have faith in yourself xxx

Today, I was having a conversation with myself and usually I have conversations with myself from time to time when I am busy with cleaning the house, cooking, doing laundry, and just taking time for myself and discovering new things, new thoughts about myself, and I came to a discovery about something very clever and something to think about. I have always told people to always be themselves, and there is nothing better than being who you are and not being somebody you aren’t.There is nothing in the world more rewarding than that.
