6 Towns Radio – Stoke on Trent

6 Towns Radio

On Saturday afternoon we wrote and published a blog post all about our new range of Baby Loss/Baby Bereavement greetings cards and our inspiration behind this. You can read this blog HERE.

This range of greetings cards is something which is very close to our hearts and as a company we feel that our experiences are something which will hep us in creating something special for parents who are in the situations we have been in.

Within half an hour of posting our blog we received a message via Twitter from the presenter of one of the shows on our local community radio station, 6 Towns Radio inviting us onto their show to talk about our business, new range and experiences.

What did we say? Initially I was horrified at the thought – I don’t do public speaking!! I get nervous enough talking to one person on the telephone, lol. After a bit of a chat with Gordon though we decided that this would be a great opportunity for us and so we decided that, YES we’ll do it!!

A bit of to-ing and fro-ing, a few messages sent and the date was set… we’ll be appearing on 6 Towns Radio on Thursday 18th August 2011, between 11:00am and 12:00noon with Bret Shah during the Love Stoke show.

We will be chatting about our business (Cards And Candles For All Occasions), our new range designed for the people of Stoke-on-Trent and beyond which provides greetings cards for people who have lost their baby through miscarriage, stillbirth or infancy.

We hope you will tune in to show your support and look forward to hearing what you think!!

Have a fab week folks!!

Love Laura & Gordon xxx
